Another year of Colombiamoda, the most important fair of the fashion industry in Colombia and one of the most important in Latin America. This year I’m watching it from another continent, as I’m spending this summer in my native country Poland, but I want to share with you my favorite fashion shows.
The opening show, that was amazing, was in hands of the talented Colombian designer Pepa Pombo. Collection “Paris in Asia” was designed by her daughter Monica Holguin and was inspired by a woman, who love to travel, fascinated by European and Asian culture.
This collection is really feminine created for a sophisticated and glamorous, but comfortable woman at the same time. Personally I fell in love with these mini dresses with wide and long sleeves, the same I would say about two-piece suits, wonderful. We could also see designs with peplum, caftans and maxi dresses all with amazing prints like tulips or stripes. Full of vibrant colors.
I loved also striped dresses in red, blue and black, so different from the rest of collection with its touch of modernity.
